Castle Enterprises is holding a Bird Mart on Sunday April 15, 2007 at the Sheraton Hotel at 1741 Papermill Road in Wyomissing (Reading) PA 19610. This is the first of our ThriftyBirdsMarts for the year 2007. Reading is in Berks County and is convenient for the large following our events have developed over the years. Our first event at this location brought in over 500 patrons, good for a Sunday show at a new location! Also, this Sheraton is in a good location with lots of nearby shopping and restaurants, so, it is a very well traveled area. We expect the attendance at this new site to grow with every ThriftyBirdsMart held.
Those of you that have participated at our many Lancaster and Pottstown events know that those folks love to shop for their beloved pet birds. This Reading location draws much of that same crowd. They have come to realize the advantages of attending bird marts and we have provided them with the means to plan a shopping spree to the nearby Reading area, every six months for a ThriftyBirdsMart.
We are fully aware that without you the vendor, our event can not be a success as the Mart’s attendees are only as happy as the variety of birds and supplies offered to them for sale. Won’t you consider helping to make this event and the patron’s shopping spree, the best it can be? Your participation will help us provide the variety of products needed to please the expected crowd and entice these patrons to look forward to attending the next Reading ThriftyBirdsMart.
Thank you for considering the ThriftyBirdsMart. We hope you will want to participate in what we anticipate to become very popular events. Exhibit space is sold on a first come basis. So, book your space(s) as soon as possible if you want to be among those participating at this annual spring ThriftyBirdsMart.
Complete an Application for Exhibit Space and mail it with required payment to Castle Enterprises, P.O. Box 61588, Harrisburg, PA 17106-1588. Only certified check and money orders are accepted after April 1. Or, fax application to 509-733-8630 and phone 717-957-4241 to pay by Visa/MasterCard. We also accept PayPal for those that would like to use this convenient EFT service (just click on the PayPal button below). The application when accepted by Castle Enterprises becomes a Contract. A copy of the application will be returned to you as a confirmation of exhibit space(s). The returned copy will also serve as your Contract and Receipt.

Please Note: All exhibitors are required to conform with local, state and federal laws concerning the legality of exhibiting their equipment, live stock or service. This includes holding proper licensing by the State of PA for the collection and payment of appropriate sale tax. The PA Department of Revenue requires that no one may sell taxable merchandise, live stock or services at an event unless that person has obtained a valid license from the Department of Revenue. Castle Enterprises is required to decline space to an exhibitor that does not hold or is not in the process of obtaining a sales tax license. You can file for this free license online, you will receive your license number within days of filing via email. To access this convenient PA Department of Revenue service, visit www.pa100.state.pa.us or, if you prefer, we can mail you an application for the PA Sales Tax License.
